Can we work offline?
Normal field work can continue offline for up to 30 days between licence checks. For a fully air-gapped installation, contact KMB before purchasing; a separate manually updated edition may be possible and is not included in this standard licence.
What happens when the licence ends?
Existing rack records remain available to view and export. Editing and licensed features require renewal or reactivation.
Does this replace DCIM?
No. Rackometry Business is a planning and field-audit tool. CSV import and export help teams return checked information to their authoritative system.
Where do we install it?
The official Windows store edition is available now. The macOS edition will appear when Apple completes its review. Both are free to install; evaluation or paid access uses an organisation activation key.
